It was built at the beginning of 2004 and completed on 4 December 2009. The Glass Tower is divided into a ground floor entrance area, 46 office floors and 6 underground floors given over to car-parking facilities with capacity for approximately 1250 cars.  The façades are covered exclusively in glass and, at the upper level, the variation in the ground plan creates changes in the four planes of the façade that give the building the appearance of cut glass.  The tower was designed by the Argentinian architect Cesar Pelli.
